The Update My Website package includes:

To provide our services efficiently, we require your WordPress admin login details and your Hosting or Cpanel access credentials. The hosting login is essential as it allows us to quickly resolve any issues that might arise during the update process. Please note that we cannot proceed with any website updates without these access details being provided.
Packages We will invoice you 7 days before the first day of each month to give you plenty of notice. And we require the fee to be paid within the first week of the month. We will provide a quote. If its only one hour, we require full payment upfront. If it’s longer than one hour, we require the first hour up front and then the balance on completion.

Our regular maintenance services operate without lock-in contracts. Payments are structured on a month to month basis for your convenience.
Should you wish to discontinue services, we simply require notification at least 7 days before the start of the next billing month. Without this advance notice, full payment for the upcoming month will be required.
